I was thinking about going with my son to a bass fishing camp. I live in Florida, and was wondering what to expect in a camp like this?

The bass fishing camp is going to be fun and you will catch some fish. The camp is going to teach you and your son how to catch the bass. You will learn the art of catch bass from a qualified professional. You will learn about the areas to look for largemouth bass and the techniques used to bring in the big ones. The camps will usually have two or three people to a boat for the training. You are going to learn everything there is to know about bass fishing. You will learn about the patterns and behavior of the fish as well as pitching, dropping, cranking and flipping. You will learn how to tie a knot, how to use a spinning rod and top water tactics to use. You will also learn how to fillet and the proper techniques for catch and release. The camp is going to be an exciting time where you will learn everything you need to know about largemouth bas fishing. You are going to be with the camp for the time of the camp. Some camps are two days and some are four days. I would recommend the four-day camp since there is so much to learn. Your son and you are going to enjoy this new adventure. Once you finish the camp, you will be able to fish yourself and catch the largemouth bass. Just relax and take your time to learn everything that you can and you will be a great bass angler in not time.
