I live in central georgia we have a184 acre lake here an today I incountered about 15 large mouth bass jump out the water one after the other could they have been spooked an wut could have caused it

It is really hard to say what the circumstances would have been. I do have some ideas on it though that may be part of what went on. Those largemouth bass could have been spooked by a much larger fish in the water. Perhaps they thought they were about to become lunch! It could have been an aggressive type of fish that felt these largemouth bass were invading its space. They may have all jumped to get out of the way and to make a quick escape.
There is the possibility that they encountered and area of the water that was heavily polluted by something. Instinctively, they knew that they needed to get away from it. The other thing it could have been was a deeper area of the water and a sudden change in the temperature. That may have been too much for these bass to deal with. Since so many of them were involved it was definitely something out of the ordinary.
