The best place to fish for bass in Arkansas is the Arkansas River. This river stretches throughout the state so wherever you are, you will have a chance to fish for largemouth bass. If you are looking for smallmouth bass, you could fish the streams in the Ozark and Ouachita Mountains. There is always smallmouth bass running in the streams. Some of the stream that has smallmouth bass is the upper Cossatot and Little Red streams as well as the Caddo and Crooked Creek. You will also find smallmouth bass in the National River. The smallies run rapid in these locations. These are the best places in Arkansas, but keep in mind that all of Arkansas has some incredible bass fishing rivers and streams.
