What’s your favorite method of catching bass in the early spring?

Any bas fidhing enthusiast will love the time he or she spends out on the lake, river or pool in early spring. Fiahing for bass in the winter is an extremely slow process and one that the majority of people do not have the patience for. This is why the spring action is such a blessing and can really prove to be a fruitful time for the bass fishing enthusiast. Catching bass in the early spring is not as difficult as the beginner may think. The temperature will have risen somewhat and so the bass will be more active as a result of that. Also, as it is often around spawning time, the bass are extremely lively as a result of that and will often bite more than they may in summer. After the winter cold has abated, it is an extremely energetic time of year. As such, a large number of techniques, lures and methds will work but everyone has their favorites. The Texas rig used with a buzzbait is perfect for the early spring. The vibrations of the buzzbait will match the level of activity of the bass and so will encourage them to bite more than a static lure might. Also, if the action is fast then fish fast In the early spring, you should look to modify your own technique in line with the level of the action to ensure that the bass are interested. Capturing their attention is the best way of improving your catch rate in the spring.
